About Scarless Liplift
The scarless lip lift is one of Dr. Teoman Dogan's most sought-after procedures. Unlike traditional lip lifts that leave a visible scar beneath the nose, Dr. Dogan's technique uses innovative hidden incision placement to enhance the upper lip's shape and definition while leaving no detectable trace of surgery. All delicate incisions are concealed entirely within the mouth — no external incisions are made on the face.
This procedure shortens the philtrum — the distance between the base of the nose and the upper lip border — creating a more youthful, defined lip contour. The amount of shortening is fully customizable — the philtrum can be reduced as much as the patient desires.
The scarless lip lift is performed as an outpatient procedure under general or local anesthesia, ensuring a comfortable experience with a rapid recovery. Most patients return to normal activities within one week.

Recovery Process
Day 1: Rest at home or hotel. Mild swelling around the upper lip is normal. Eating and drinking can continue as usual — there are no dietary restrictions after surgery.
Days 3-4: Swelling peaks at its highest point and then begins to subside. Mild numbness around the treated area may be felt for up to 10 days and is completely normal.
Days 6-7: Follow-up appointment at the clinic. Most patients feel comfortable returning to work and social activities within 1 week.
Week 2 onwards: Any residual swelling continues to resolve. The lip settles into its final shape with improved definition and proportion.
