Recovery Process
Day 1: Rest is recommended. Walking and outdoor activities are permitted the day after surgery. Mild swelling and bruising are normal.
Days 3-4: Swelling peaks at its highest point and then begins to subside. Mild numbness around the treated area may be felt for up to 10 days and is completely normal.
Days 6-7: Follow-up appointment at the clinic. After clearance, patients are free to fly home. Most patients can return to work within 1 week.
Week 2 onwards: Light sports and outdoor activities continue to be fine. Heavy exercises can resume from week 2.
Months 1-6: Final results become apparent as all residual swelling fully resolves. The nose settles into its permanent shape.
